Are there inherent conditions in accepting an order?
The reception of a confirmation email for an order does not automatically mean that FURNACE FILTERS CANADA accepts the said order and is in no way a confirmation that FURNACE FILTERS CANADA warrants the sale of the items.

Out of stock items

Shipping outside of Canada
Yes you can, but for all products that are delivered outside of Canada, you are responsible for all custom fees as well as export fess.
You have up to ten (10) days from its reception to return a product to FURNACE FILTERS CANADA; for either a refund or an exchange. When you return an item, you must include the invoice and a note that details the reason behind the return.
Returning an item for a reason other than a defect

Returning a defective product
