Delivery is FREE in most regions of Canada for online purchases. Some restrictions apply, as explained below and in the Shipping Restrictions.
- Fantech, Aldes and Venmar filters are kept in stock at our location and usually ship the same business day.
- Camfil orders received before 11:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day usually ship the same day.
- AAF Flanders orders usually ship within 5 to 7 business days.
- All other brands usually ship the next business day.
- Orders cannot be picked up in person.
- Products ship from our location or directly from our suppliers, depending on the brand and availability.
- Items that are not in stock usually ship within 7 to 10 business days after the order is processed.
- Product availability and the delivery region can extend usual transit times.
Restrictions
We cover shipping costs up to $40 per order.
Free shipping does not apply to the following regions:
- Yukon
- Northwest Territories
- Nunavut
- Newfoundland and Labrador
If an item is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, and we are charged to receive the package, that charge is deducted from the refund. The buyer is informed and also pays the shipping cost to send the order a second time.
If a package is returned to us because it was not claimed after a delivery attempt, the buyer pays the return cost and the shipping cost to send the order a second time.
Shipping outside Canada
U.S. orders are not eligible for free shipping. The buyer pays all shipping costs, customs fees and export fees. These fees are not refunded if an item is returned.
